What is this?
This course will cover the basic S-Corporation (1120S) K1 with relationship to a 1040 tax return. It will cover how different parts of the K1 are reported on an individual tax return and the importance of knowing the taxpayer basis in their small corporation as well as some of the rules of non-passive and passive activity.
